Global Factories & Distribution Centers

Global Operations | Manufacturing Engineering | Supply Chain Innovation

Collaborated with global factories, suppliers, distribution centers, and packaging teams to develop and implement sustainable packaging solutions compatible with existing manufacturing and fulfillment systems. Evaluated factory capabilities, processing equipment, material requirements, and operational constraints to identify opportunities for reducing packaging waste while maintaining efficiency and product protection.

At Nike, coordinated remote testing and validation with international manufacturing and distribution partners during COVID-19, troubleshooting technical challenges and adapting new packaging designs and materials to existing equipment. Worked with Nike's EMEA headquarters packaging team, which operated alongside its European distribution center and had more automated packaging and pack-out processes, to understand regional capabilities and opportunities for implementation.

Applied similar approaches in consulting projects with Luno and Slingshot, collaborating with manufacturing partners to understand production capabilities, assess packaging alternatives, and develop solutions grounded in real-world factory requirements.

This work connected sustainability strategy with manufacturing and logistics, translating new ideas into practical solutions that could be produced, processed, and implemented across different facilities and supply chains.
